RF power amplifiers behavior modeling through GSGP
José Ricardo Cárdenas Valdez was born in Tijuana, Baja California, México, in October 1, 1982. Received his degree of Engineer at the Technological Institute of Tijuana (ITT) in Baja California, México, in 2006, and his Master’s degree in Sciences in Digital Systems at CITEDI-IPN in Tijuana, México, in 2008. In 2015 he received a PhD in Sciences in Digital Systems from CITEDI-IPN. At the moment belongs to the National System of Researchers in Mexico. His research interest includes the design and modeling of analog and digital devices, mainly power amplifiers, high frequency devices and design in FPGAs, applications in the field of biomedical, instrumentation using digital signal processing.
