n+1-dimensional mathematical model of lung cancer resistance to chemotherapy
In this work we present a mathematical model of lung cancer of n + 1 ordinary first order differential equations, this model describes the creation of different populations of tumor cells. Populations arise as a measure of evasion and resistance to chemotherapy treatment. The purpose is to determine how effective the treatment is and whether or not the possibility of eliminating cancer without affecting the patient. We will analyze cases where the treatment is considered normal, null and excessive, in order to observe the dynamics of cancer cells under different conditions. Finally, the results obtained are illustrated by numerical simulations.
